Apple Valley Girl’s High School Hockey Mental Health Awareness Night

On November 21, 2024, Sophie’s Squad, along with the Apple Valley and East View Girl’s High School hockey teams, hosted a mental health awareness event at Apple Valley Sports Center. Sophie’s Squad was excited to provide fans with education and resources aimed at improving the mental health of athletes, encouraging open conversations, and emphasizing that seeking help is a sign of strength.
