Minnesota Frost (PWHL)

Sophie’s Squad is a powerful reminder that mental health matters just as much as physical health in sports. It’s about creating a safe space for athletes to be vulnerable, to feel heard, and to know they’re never alone in what they’re going through. Carrying Sophie’s name is carrying a message of compassion, courage, and hope—and that’s something I’m proud to stand for every single day.
