My main goal in participating with Sophie’s Squad is to spread mental health awareness and education to fellow athletes. Especially as a goalie, I understand the pressure, setbacks, and anxiety that comes with the position. I would love to share my experience, give any advice I can, and raise awareness that mental health is very important to our overall well-being.
