Annika Olson

Meet Annika Olson

Annika Olson is a collegiate hockey player currently attending Grand Canyon University. Olson, an Anoka native, is beginning her first season at GCU after playing goaltender at Anoka High School for several seasons. She backstopped Anoka for 87 career games during her high school career. When she begins her career at GCU, she’ll be playing with fellow ambassador Haley Gray.

Olson has been involved in several Sophie’s Squad events since the organization’s inception. She’s excited to expand her role to raise awareness, challenge the stigma surrounding mental health, and to promote access to care for those who are struggling.
